Founded in 1958, we are brave, curious, and compassionate thinkers and doers. We stand on the side of love, justice, and peace. Although we are diverse in faith, ethnicity, history and spirituality, we all want to make a difference for the good. 

We have radical roots. Historically, we are self-motivated spiritual people. We think for ourselves and recognize that life experience influences our beliefs more than anything.

We need not think alike to love alike

We are people of many beliefs and backgrounds. Some of us come from other faiths. Others don’t.  Some of us believe in a God. Others don’t. And still others choose to “let the mystery be”.
